Roadmap to Reduce Single-Use Plastics in Jordan

The main aim was to develop a joint public-private roadmap report to help in the transition to reduce the use of single-use plastics (SUPs) in Jordan.

Main objectives included:

• Provide information on production and good practices on replacing and/or recycling SUPs;
• Design suitable approach for policy measures and financial options for curbing SUPs;
• Pave the way for a gradual phase-out of SUPs and provide recommendations report for a relevant strategy
