Energy Efficiency in the Water Sector (Capacity Building)

The newly developed energy in the water sector policy included detailed action plans for the three main water companies in Jordan, outlining specific steps to improve energy efficiency in water operations. This project focused on capacity building to support the implementation of these action plans, including targeted training sessions, technical workshops, and institutional support. For each of the 3 water companies in Jordan, activities aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of staff in applying energy-efficient practices, monitoring progress, and aligning operations with national energy and renewable energy goals.
